Here I will upload articles of interest along with a brief description for your enjoyment and learning

My honour’s thesis in sports nutrition, more specifically creatine supplementation. Data was collected at the University of Regina under the supervision of Darren Candow, PhD. Very excited to have my first article published in an academic journal as the main author! This article was heavily edited down from its original  ~40 page version:

Baker TP, Candow DG, & Farthing JP (2016). Effect of preexercise creatine ingestion on muscle performance in healthy aging males. J Strength Cond Res 30(6): 1763-1766.

Summary: Males over the age of 50 will not experience a performance benefit from pre-workout creatine without a prior period of loading.
