Consultation

Consultations can take place in person (within the Regina area) or via skype.

The consultation will be used to:

  1. Set specific, timely goals.
  2.  Acquire background/lifestyle information relevant to nutrition and exercise goals.
  3. Establish the clients understanding of the Bakerstrength philosophy on nutrition and weight training.
  4. Structure a template of progression towards clients goals with respect to weight training phases and most efficient nutrition strategy.

A consultation is the essential first step in taking on a coaching client.
